BEFORE YOU START
Purpose, model,
delivery and beyond.
Every project has different conditions. These answers provide a starting point for preparing your enquiry.
Contact ↗How do I choose the right product family?
Start with the intended use: cargo and storage, waste, site accommodation, security, sanitary facilities or a custom project. Then compare model, size and application details. Including the purpose, quantity and delivery city in your enquiry helps us assess the requirement.
Are catalogue dimensions final manufacturing dimensions?
Dimensions vary by product and model. External dimensions, internal dimensions and door openings differ. Order dimensions are confirmed in the technical quotation.
Why are there different models with the same floor area?
The same floor area can offer different room layouts, façades and equipment. Compare the model images and specifications to find the arrangement that suits your use.
Can I request a custom size or layout?
Monte Grup works on bespoke design and manufacturing projects. Feasibility depends on the structure, intended use, site conditions and transport constraints. You can start with a sketch, equipment list or written brief.
How is a container quotation calculated?
Product type, dimensions, materials, insulation, openings, services, equipment and delivery scope affect the quotation. Comparable quotations require the same defined scope. This catalogue supports project-specific enquiries rather than fixed online prices.
What information should I include in an enquiry?
Start with the product and model, quantity, use, delivery city, target date and site access. A dimensioned layout, equipment list and service requirements also help with the technical review.
Are transport and crane services included?
Transport, cranes, placement and connections are defined individually in the quotation. Responsibilities, site preparations and the delivery point should be agreed in writing before ordering.
How should the site be prepared?
Placement, ground conditions, vehicle and crane access, power, water and drainage are reviewed for the project. Infrastructure requirements and responsibilities are agreed during the technical assessment; one preparation method does not suit every site.
Can the units be relocated?
Relocation depends on the design, weight, connections and future site. If repeated moves are expected, include this in the initial brief so lifting and disconnection requirements can be assessed.
How many modules does a construction site need?
Headcount alone is not enough. Shifts, offices, accommodation, dining, sanitary facilities, circulation and shared use must be assessed together. Establish the functional brief first, then select the modules.
Is insulation the same across all products?
No. Insulation can vary with the intended use, climate, indoor conditions, finishes and project scope. Catalogue information supports an initial review; layers, thicknesses and performance requirements should be stated in the approved specification.
What information is critical for a waste container?
Waste identity and compatibility, packaging dimensions, peak temporary storage, collection frequency and site conditions are key. Containment, ventilation and fire-related equipment are defined through the risk assessment and project specification.
How should I assess fire-resistance documentation?
A product name does not establish a fire-resistance period. Check the tested construction, test method and supporting documentation for the requested performance. The delivered configuration must match the scope of the evidence.
Which security cabin layout is most practical?
Sightlines, pedestrian and vehicle flows, staffing, equipment and shift length guide the choice. Consider the relationship between doors, desks, windows and barriers as well as the external appearance.
Can a WC/shower unit operate without site utilities?
Water, hot water, drainage and power requirements depend on the equipment. Sites without utilities may need separately designed storage, pumps or other arrangements. Do not assume these are standard in every unit.
What is the delivery lead time?
Lead time depends on the product, quantity, custom scope, design approval and the current production schedule. Include your target date so manufacturing and delivery can be considered together in the quotation.
Can I receive technical information and a quotation in English?
Yes. You can explore product and model information in English and submit your enquiry in English.
