A compact steel enclosure for materials, equipment and spare parts where available space is limited. Lockable end doors and a short footprint make it…
An enclosed steel container for palletised, boxed and packaged dry goods. Its end-door layout supports site storage and equipment-supply requirements. Selection starts with the packed dimensions and weight of the goods, the loading method and the intended location. Where the container will enter a transport operation, the required inspection and documentation scope must be established separately.
Dimensions, equipment and delivery scope are confirmed in the approved project.
A CLOSER LOOK
A dry container provides a general-purpose cargo space within a closed roof and side-wall enclosure. End doors concentrate loading and access on one face. For pallets, machine components and packaged materials, the layout should be based on the actual internal dimensions rather than nominal exterior length. It is also necessary to check whether an item can be turned or handled after passing through the doorway.
For storage applications, access frequency and stock rotation matter as much as overall size. Placing frequently used items near the doors, arranging accessible shelving and retaining a safe working aisle improve daily use. The condition of the protective finish, floor and door seals influences the storage environment. Moisture-sensitive goods may require a separate assessment of ventilation or insulation options.
Converting a dry container into an office, workshop or sales space is a possible project approach, but additional door and window openings must be considered as more than cosmetic alterations. Structural behaviour, services and internal finishes need to be coordinated. A Monte Grup quotation distinguishes the base container requirement from additional fabrication and modification work, helping the purchaser understand exactly which elements are included in the proposed configuration.
The longer body of the 40-foot class provides space for long items or larger product quantities. Site approach and handling distances must be planned accordingly. Internal and external dimensions are not interchangeable. Numerical catalogue values assist selection, while the exact dimensions, equipment configuration and load limits are confirmed at quotation stage.
