10 ft Compact Container
A compact steel enclosure for materials, equipment and spare parts where available space is limited. Lockable end doors and a short footprint make it…
A temperature-controlled container combining an insulated enclosure with a refrigeration unit. Unit selection, power supply, airflow and monitoring requirements are assessed around the storage conditions of the goods. Suitability for food, pharmaceuticals or another product cannot be established from a temperature setting alone. Product class, loading pattern, target temperature and operating duration should be defined before quotation.
Dimensions, equipment and delivery scope are confirmed in the approved project.
A CLOSER LOOK
A reefer container provides an insulated internal space and controlled refrigeration for temperature-sensitive goods. The required operating conditions follow the characteristics of the product. Target temperature, external climate, door-opening frequency and the incoming temperature of the goods influence the equipment assessment. A refrigerated enclosure should not be assumed suitable for every product class or operating condition.
The internal layout must allow air to circulate effectively. Pallets and packaging should not obstruct air channels, and permitted loading limits must be observed. Refrigeration-unit service access, drainage and cleanable surfaces matter in everyday operation. Where continuous use is required, the power supply and the response to potential interruptions belong in the operating plan.
The unit model, operating range and temperature-monitoring requirements should be stated clearly in the technical quotation. Food and pharmaceutical applications may involve additional hygiene or validation requirements that need assessment for the specific use. An enquiry to Monte Grup should describe the product, required volume, target temperature, environmental conditions and intended operating duration. This supports a meaningful comparison of enclosure and equipment options rather than selecting solely on nominal container length.
The longer body of the 40-foot class provides space for long items or larger product quantities. Site approach and handling distances must be planned accordingly. Internal and external dimensions are not interchangeable. Numerical catalogue values assist selection, while the exact dimensions, equipment configuration and load limits are confirmed at quotation stage.
