Chemical Waste Storage Container
A dedicated container family for segregated, controlled chemical-waste storage on industrial sites. Drum, canister and IBC layouts are considered alongside containment, shelving and ventilation…
A container family designed around the required fire performance for storing flammable or high-fire-load materials. Walls, roof, doors, ventilation and service penetrations are assessed as a complete assembly. Detection, suppression and monitoring provisions may be incorporated when required. The requested resistance class and the supporting evidence are verified separately at the quotation stage.
Dimensions, equipment and delivery scope are confirmed in the approved project.
A CLOSER LOOK
A fire-resistant storage solution is not defined by an insulation material alone. Walls, roof construction, doors, ventilation openings and service penetrations need to be assessed together. This container family is intended for applications where the required fire performance is identified at the beginning of the project. Stored materials, quantities and neighbouring activities form the technical brief.
Steel layers and mineral-wool construction can be considered together with the door system. Detection, suppression, heat or smoke-monitoring provisions may be assessed where needed. Ventilation behaviour and electrical equipment should follow the review of the stored materials. Equipment layout also needs to provide maintenance access, so the volume reserved for technical systems should not be treated separately from the usable storage arrangement.
When requesting a quotation, provide the material inventory, packaging dimensions, peak stock and any specified resistance class. The site layout and adjacent structures are part of the assessment. A duration in minutes or a classification should not be treated as verified performance until the test and documentation scope for the complete assembly has been checked. Final dimensions, safety equipment and delivery scope are recorded in the approved project. This makes it possible to understand why two containers with a similar external appearance can represent different technical specifications and to compare proposals on an equivalent basis.
SPECIFICATIONS
